What is a Tuesday Thunder Small Business Ambassador? Put simply an Ambassador is a contact point, we call them Lightning Rods, for small business owners and operators in their sphere of engagement. To be an Ambassador one simply needs to make it known they are interested and willing by connecting with us on the Organize page.

Ambassadors organize small groups called Power Plants which are made up of a few or several entrepreneurs from their sphere. Ambassadors can devote as much time to building their Power Plant as they like. Ambassadors are all connected with one another here on TuesdayThunder.com a part of The Grid. (In case you haven’t noticed there is an energy theme to all this!)

Ambassadors should be willing to participate in Tuesday Thunder by organizing some sort of interacting with the participants in their Power Plant either by jumping on a conference call, web conference, web based chat or in person meetings at least one Tuesday per month. One of the few “requirements” we have is that you post your event announcement and report to this site under your log in.

Ambassador training will always be available here (once it is completed) and should be reviewed by all new Ambassadors. Most of the training information will be familiar to everyone but will contain the vision and mission of Tuesday Thunder.

Beginning Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at 9PM EDT Tuesday Thunder will be holding Twitter public stream sessions for Lightning Rods. Anyone can join the stream by going to http://tweetchat.com/room/tuethun and signing in with their Twitter account. They may also participate directly in Twitter or a favorite third party application which monitors hashtags using the hashtag #TueThun.
